Prize money for those two teams will go to charity as per the league rules.

Thanks to all teams and committee members for completing the season with very few issues.
Secretaries Report MC
Congratulations to winners and runners up from all divisions and cup competitions.
Teams registered for 2023/24 = 109, with the new league structure. All fine money collected on time £675. Players playing for more than one team will be monitored and teams doing so will be deducted points and fined. Players getting caught will be banned for the season.
Registration forms and trophy return dates are on team registration forms that can be downloaded from website, please make note of the dates!!

The City League funds are in a far better state than they were 12 months ago. Police investigation continues.
A N Other Rule (1 person only) (updated on website home page)
It was voted on again at this seasons AGM and unanimously it was decided to keep this rule, but with one change.
One player only can be used as A N Other in any one team. A N Other score will match the lowest score in every leg in that half and NOT the lowest score in the half as previous season.
Women playing in the City League (Max/Minimum)
The rule that a maximum of 5 women can play in any one team/game was scrapped. There are no restrictions on how many women can register or play.
Promotion/Relegation
It was voted that two teams will be promoted and two teams relegated from each division in the new league structure.

Trevor Miles
Trevor Miles has stepped down from the divisional secretary role after 25 years on the committee. He was given a round of applause and presented with a gift for his services to the City League.
Wet Cloths/Licking Fingers
Please use a wet cloth and not lick your fingers whilst playing skittles.
